Add User to Google Business Profile
✓ Login to GBP: https://business.google.com/
✓ Select your business if you manage multiple profiles
✓ Click the 3 vertical dots at the top right of the dashboard
✓ Select "Business Profile Settings"
✓ Click "Managers"
✓ Click +Add
✓ Add: Marketing@YourBizWatchdog.com
✓ Role - Manager
Add User to Google Analytics as Admin or Editor
✓ Login to GA4: https://analytics.google.com/
✓ Click Admin on bottom left
✓ Under Account on the far left Click "Account Access Management"
✓ Click the blue Plus icon, top right
✓ Select Add Users
✓ Enter Email Address: Marketing@YourBizWatchdog.com
✓ Select either Admin or Editor
✓ Click "Add", top right
✓ Provide us with the Link to your form submission "Thank You" page.
✓ Login to GSC: https://search.google.com/search-console
✓ Click Settings on bottom left menu
✓ Click Users and Permissions
✓ Click Add User
✓ Enter Email Address: Marketing@YourBizWatchdog.com
✓ Permission is Full
✓ Click Add
Add User to Google Search Console
Add User to Google Tag Manager
✓ Login to GTM: https://tagmanager.google.com/
✓ Click on the Domain for your website under Accounts
✓ Top Left, Click Admin (If you are not an Admin, contact your account Admin to access adding a new User)
✓ Click "User Management" under Account on Left
✓ Click the blue Plus icon, top right
✓ Select Add Users
✓ Enter Email Address: Marketing@YourBizWatchdog.com
✓ Select Admin
✓ Under Container permissions, Click "Set all"
✓ Select Publish, Approve, Edit and Read
✓ Click "Invite", top right
Add User to WordPress Website
✓ Login to your WordPress Dashboard
(normally yourdomain.com/wp-login.php)
✓ Menu on left, Click Users
✓ Top Left next to Users, Click Add New
✓ Username: LocalSEOGBP
✓ Email: Marketing@YourBizWatchdog.com
✓ Send User Notification: Check Box
✓ Role Administrator
✓ Click Add New User
*If you do not have a Google Search Console account, we will need access to update your DNS records to add a TXT file or we can provide the information so you can add this record to your DNS records directly.
